Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
We accept returns for:
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To start a return, please contact us at support@zauraoflume.com within 14 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
We do not accept returns for:
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Used or damaged items not due to our error
Orders returned without authorization
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately with proof, and we’ll work with our shipping partner or supplier to send a replacement or issue a refund.
